Steve will help you navigate the patent process, so that you understand each step involved.  He can work with your inventors to determine what patentable technologies are being developed.  He will prepare the patent application and guide that application to a resolution (positive or negative based on the novelty of the invention) in the  United States Patent and Trademark Office .  He can provide a patent opinion detailing whether your product infringes upon an existing patent.  He can advise you in evaluating your patent portfolio. He can counsel you in licensing negotiations regarding your patents.

TRADEMARKS

Steve can assist you with registering your trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  He can keep your registration up to date and, after five years of registered usage, work with you to make your trademark incontestable.

COPYRIGHTS

Steve can assist you in registering your copyright with the Library of Congress.  He can help you defend your websites against accusations of copyright infringement.
